Friendly helpful & efficient staff; good breakfast; easy access to freeway; best of business class hotels in area by far & well worth the $10/night difference between competitors in area; immaculate rooms & common area; good wifi coverage throughout hotel.

Everything upscale and clean.....breakfast needs a little work, but satisfactory.
Even though charges dropped off after a week, I was charged $50. extra in case there was room damage, etc......should have been told about this.

Would prefer vending machines for late night munchies. Store type snacks expensive and not a large selection

The lobby features tasteful decor that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The indoor pool area has plenty of seating, awesome for comfortable relaxation after a long day.
Reservation mix-ups were frustrating, resulting in a lengthy check-in process. The absence of a mini-fridge and microwave in the room felt inconvenient for snacks and drinks. The mattress in my room was noticeably old and lumpy, affecting overall comfort during the night. Additional limited breakfast seating may lead to inconvenience during busy periods, impacting the dining experience.

The one thing I really enjoyed was the wonderful hot shower. Having a walk-in shower (not having to step inside a tub), the easy glide door was perfect, and the water temp and spray couldn't have felt better. Also, the employees were very nice to us.
At one time during the night, a lot of noise could be heard (sounded like tapping on the walls), but it eventually went away.

It is undoubtedly a wonderful option when in Bastrop. The breakfast is hot, I loved it. The staff are caring and deserve a 3-star rating. The location is particularly good and perfect, 1 mile from a riverside park.

I had a pretty decent time at the Hampton Inn in Bastrop. The lobby looked clean and inviting, and the staff were friendly upon arrival. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast. It had a good variety. The mini-omelettes were tasty on the first day, though the second day's scrambled eggs were just standard. The room felt comfortable, but some issues popped up. The mattress on the King bed needed replacing. It was worn out and had some sag in the middle. The sofa bed wasn't made up. I found a plastic bag with a pillow and blanket but no sheets. I had to call down for those, and they brought them up quickly, which I appreciated. The fridge and microwave in the room were handy, but having to call for extra supplies seemed like a hassle. I also noticed that the shower doors in the bathroom were off the track. It was a nice stay, but little details like mattress comfort and room readiness could use some work.

Wonderful hotel with complimentary wi-fi, the location was perfect to antique shop. Location: the venue was really close to food places and Walmart, the car show tomorrow and Bastrop, Texas. A cool bonus was nearby Starbucks, that offered tea and coffee. We had an easy check in, the staff was extremely helpful.

While the location is convenient with plenty of nearby amenities, the absence of a fridge and microwave was disappointing. The staff was friendly, making my visit enjoyable, but the noise from upstairs guests disrupted my rest. A decent place with room for improvement.
